We charge a flat shipping fee of €0.00 per order.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
The service will be provided within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment).
You will also be notified by email when it is available.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Cancellation policy for digital content
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniela Bos, Am Steg 6, 35091 Cölbe, Email: daniela.bos@gmx.de, Telephone: +49 (0) 163-6834254) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Reasons for extinction
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not stored on a physical medium, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin fulfilling the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the performance of the contract by giving his consent and
3. The entrepreneur has provided the consumer with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period after conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content not contained on a physical medium is made available:
– in which the contract content is reproduced and
– which states that the consumer has expressly agreed before the contract is fulfilled that the entrepreneur may begin fulfilling the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his knowledge that he will lose his right of withdrawal by giving his consent to the commencement of the contract.
